What do I need to get started?
Start with your Property details and usable media. You can use already edited photos or prepare your photos through an existing BigPicture360 media workflow.
Can I use photos from my own photographer?
Yes. Professionally photographed and edited images can be used with your Property Project. Listing Market Ready starts from usable media, regardless of who captured it.
Can I use already edited photos?
Yes. If your photos are already listing-ready, add them to the Property Project and continue preparing marketing from there.
What if my photos still need editing?
Use the existing BigPicture360 Photo Hub workflow to check and professionally edit photos first. Once usable media is ready, return to listing preparation for the same Property.
Can I take the photos myself?
Yes. You can capture photos on your phone or camera and use the existing Photo Hub capture and editing workflow where you need help getting them listing-ready.
What marketing can BigPicture360 prepare?

Does BigPicture360 publish directly to MLS?
No. BigPicture360 does not publish your listing directly to MLS. Listing Market Ready helps prepare the Property information, media, and marketing assets you need. MLS publication remains with the agent/brokerage through their authorized listing process. IDX or other property-data ingest is not the same as publishing to MLS.
How quickly can my listing be ready to market?
Listing Market Ready is designed for next-day listing preparation once your Property details and usable media are ready. Photography, human photo editing, drone, floor plans, Matterport/iGUIDE, video, and other professional services may follow separate timelines.
